Film Screenings – Thursday, June 23, 7:00 p.m.
Monteabaro Hall, The Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center at Howard Community College

Aspiring filmmakers are challenged to create and submit an original short film to be screened on June 23. With only a time limit requirement, filmmakers are free to follow their creative vision. A “Best of Festival” will be awarded at the screening and the film will be featured on the Festival website.

The winner will be selected by a Festival jury, comprised of:

Robert Neal Marshall, a writer, director, and actor who has appeared in leading roles on several major stage, television and film projects.

Michael Giuliano, an assistant professor of film at Howard Community College; a film, art, and theater critic for Patuxent Publishing; and host of a film series at Slayton House.

Robert Lockett, curator of the "New Release Cinema" series at the East Columbia Branch Public Library.
