Poets and fiction writers read their work and visual artists discuss their art as the Little Patuxent Review celebrates its summer issue. A reception will follow.

Monteabaro Hall, The Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center at Howard Community College

Aspiring filmmakers are challenged to create and submit an original short film. A “Best of Festival” will be awarded at the screening and the film will be featured on the Festival website.
